Merrigong Theatre Company is seeking personable, enthusiastic and reliable people who would like to join our Food and Beverage Team as casual Food and Beverage Attendants to provide excellent service in our café and our bars. We are also looking for experienced staff to take on F&B Duty Manager roles.    

You will have some experience in a café, bar or other hospitality role and will have an RSA and food handling certification.  You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and will be able and willing to work some evening and weekend shifts as required. You will have a high level of initiative, strong communication skills and enjoy contributing to a positive team and work culture.
